Eli had his first sleepover without us on Saturday. It wasn't really intentional - Justin and I went to an event in Richmond and Eli spent the evening at Nana & Grandpa's house. We were planning on picking him up asleep when we got back to town around midnight and taking him home to his crib, but Nana decided to keep him for the night, despite my warnings that Eli is an early riser (and Nana is not).
Eli woke up at 6:15 am, bright and early and ready for breakfast. Everything went fine, although it would have been nice for him to sleep over on a night when we could have slept in later (Justin had to wake up for running group anyway).

What a big boy! Josh has not yet had a sleep over but we are planning on giving it a try soon!

Congrats! Maybe you can incentivize a future sleepover--don't forget we've offered :)
okay that came out weird--I meant to say incentive a sleepover with g'parents in the future. we're up at the crack of dawn regardless, so what's another kid to play with Ed?
Always plan your sleepovers when Mom & Dad can sleep in! The other half of elizabethanddennis
