Justin's cousin from Florida came for a visit this weekend, partly to run a race in Annapolis. She's already seen most of the DC sites, so we pretty much just ate and did some walking. Saturday we went to the pool and playground and walked around the waterfront in Annapolis. Sunday after the race we went to the Mall in DC to see the WWII and FDR memorials. Eli had a blast running along the Reflecting Pool and watching the ducks. Once we let him out of his stroller he didn't want to go back in, so we told him he had to walk if he didn't want to ride. So walk he did - or run, although he kept veering off the path or stopping to examine the dirt. He kept saying "Hi ducky!" and "Agua!" It became a game trying to get him to say "water", but he would only say "agua". We skipped work on Monday and went to the National Geographic building. Back to work tomorrow.
