On Hiatus

In case the lack of recent postings didn't clue you in, I am taking a hiatus from the blog (and most other non-essential functions) until Nov 13th. After that date, I will be either finished with my thesis and rejoicing victoriously, or grappling with a profound sense of failure.
Wish me luck.
